Board Member Updates:
Cait Sobotka and Rocio Salamanca have stepped down from the Board. There are now 12 board members.
Update about spending priorities conversation with Mr. Elmasri and what’s coming down the line
Request from admin for supplies/ support for new class (3rd grade dual language)
Giving Tree Final Push $8,612.50 (about $10,000 less than last year)
Micro bit ordered for Ramos: $419.98
Door designs are going well - a small team gave feedback for designers. We will present a final design to Elmasri and FOGS board at future date
More Flexible seating purchased - $1311.92 (2696.17 total)
Morales - 10 stools $625.84
Vahle - 2 more stools 327.10 (we’ve now purchased 4 ($654.20) out of 10 stools requested)
Martinez- 3 adjustable wobble stools $222.00
Liable- 2 wobble stools $139.98
Ordering wobble chairs and bean bag chairs for new 3rd grade classroom

Cassie working on social media and personal campaign to vote for local support (Ward 1) - Voting is live right now!
Financial Requests:
Formally set aside $20,000 for “stop the mudness” outside campus renovation (Board designated funding)

Pre-k (all 5 classrooms) spanish music event/field trip at Old Town School - $1770 pays for tickets and busses - Gabby
Move to vote to give money toward the bus transport (approx $800)

Choral risers - Andy
Approximately $25K (two quotes nearly the same)
To be used for graduations, performances (vocal and band), assemblies (4-5x per year)
Move to vote for funding the choral risers EXCEPT for the acoustic panels (approx 19K). Andy will also research grants from Wenger provided by Amanda B
