Welcome and Celebration!

Latin Beats was a huge success!
Financial goal met!
Sweets and Sours? How can we be better next time?
Sweet:
Size of venue
Everyone seemed to have a good time
Software was good at event
Sour:
Expand raffle to before (QR codes on school doors), someone to man to raffle station
Evaluate how loud the music is
Software was not great for ticket-gathering
Still need to get thank you cards out! Who can help? Sara will send email about a night to get together.
Staff morale lunches this week (Potbelly’s)
Choral risers delivered and look fabulous
Door designs almost ready - install the week of March 18th is targeted
Need help getting doors clean and ready - This is a good way for the 8th graders to get hours. Elizabeth will reach out to Ms. Vahle.

White Sox tickets for 8th graders not going to Washington DC - Joanna (by way of Mr. Davis). Around $350. Motion is approved.

Spring Service Day - Elizabeth

Fun Run - May 3rd (has been approved by the LSC)
