Turf field update - Cassie
6 plans submitted, has now been narrowed down to 2 that were the most liked
Drawing "F" is the most popular amongst the teachers (most turf for multiple classes/ families). This is likely the most expensive
More detailed drawings are forthcoming with small changes. This will include costing estimations. Delivery early Summer.
Next steps will be community-wide meeting to finalize, then move to fundraising
List updated with owners
Creating an $500 event decoration fund run by Ms. Vazquez
$1000 approved for Ms Vazquez to use in 2023-2024 school year
YAY: 8, NAY: 0
Process is that Ms Vazquez emails or texts a simple communication to Joanna (or FOGS President) to ask for reimbursement -- NOT full form
Genevra (or FOGS Treasurer) keeps a spreadsheet on money spent so we know she isn't exceeding $1000
